This Privacy Policy explains how DUPA³ (“we”, “us”) handles information in the games and applications we publish (the “Apps”), including on Google Play, and on this website.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location or other personal information ourselves. Game progress and settings (for example, levels completed and sound preferences) are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.

Advertising

Some Apps show ads provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and interactions with ads. Ads may be personalized only if you agree to it.

• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google’s consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the App’s settings (“Ad settings”).
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Crash and diagnostic data

Google Play may provide us with anonymous crash reports and aggregated statistics (for example, number of installs and app stability). This data does not identify you personally.

Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an App, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. Because we do not store your personal data on our servers, there is no account to delete. For data processed by Google, see the links above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
